• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. AI Generation Service

• AI generation services are paid with credits purchased in advance.
• We do not guarantee specific output quality — AI generation is probabilistic.
• You retain rights to content generated using your prompts and credits.
• You grant us a limited license to display and process your content within the platform.

3. 3D Printing Service

• Orders are manually fulfilled by our team. Processing times vary.
• Prices are calculated at checkout based on material, size, and post-processing options.
• Refunds are not available once printing has started. Defective items will be replaced.
• Shipping times and carriers vary by destination.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to generate content that is:

• Sexually explicit, violent, or depicting harm to minors.
• Infringing on copyrights or trademarks (e.g., branded characters).
• Depicting illegal items including weapons, drugs, or counterfeit goods.
• Promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.

We employ automated and manual content moderation. Violations may result in account suspension or ban.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your generated content.
• The BlueCat platform, including its software, design, and branding, is our property.
• If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us for DMCA takedown.

6. Payment Terms

• Credits are non-refundable except in cases of platform error.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never access your card details.
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueCat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

9. Termination

• You may close your account at any time via Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or our content moderation policy.
